Yes. Outbound delivery includes HMAC signing, automatic retries with exponential backoff, circuit breakers on failing endpoints, and an embeddable customer-portal page for your end users to manage their own endpoints.

How does uptime monitoring work?

Create an HTTP monitor with a check interval. ThunderHooks pings it from our infrastructure on the schedule; after consecutive failures it raises an incident and sends email + webhook alerts. Free tier includes 1 monitor at a 5-minute interval; Pro and Team allow shorter intervals and more monitors.
